President, Trudy Holand
Trudy Holand and her spouse have lived in the Greenburgh community over 40 years. She raised her kids here and was engaged in her self-founded business as an event planner. She serves as president of the East Rumbrook Dog Park, board member of Greenburgh Parks and Recreation, secretary of the Greenburgh Board of Ethics, and is an active congregant and volunteer of the Woodlands Community Temple.
Vice President, Darren Gordon
Darren Gordon, a decades long real estate agent who joined Houlihan Commercial is 2023, operates in the Metro New York Tri-State area with an emphasis on Westchester County and Southern Connecticut and specializes in medical and general office, retail and industrial sales and leasing. Darren holds a degree in finance from Syracuse University.
Outside of work, Darren resides in Westchester with his wife and 3 sons, where he enjoys kayaking, skiing, mountain biking, and nurturning a strong connection with his community.
Secretary, Alessandro Crocco
Alessandro Crocco is an entrepreneur with interests in the real estate, capital investment, and food & beverage sectors. Specializing in international relations and strategic planning, he also consults on internationalization and global expansion, helping new ventures and businesses establish themselves in the United States. He currently holds the position of CEO in two companies he founded and is recognized as an expert in fundraising and philanthropy, actively supporting non-profit organizations.
Treasurer, Dinesh Arjun
Dinesh Arjun came to the Town of Greenburgh to work for Affinity Federal Credit Union as Branch Manager approximately 7 years ago. Since then, he has been working to make an impact on the lives of the people and small businesses in the Greenburgh Community.
He has a B.S in Business Management from St. John’s University, and has worked in banking for 34 years amongst various positions. He is committed to using my experiences and drive to do my part for Greenburgh.
Director, Richard H. Peterson
Richard H. Peterson is a resident of Hartsdale. He is a management and sales professional with financial, real estate and retail experience. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from York College (The City University Of New York).
Richard is a Vice President and Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Riverdale. He is a Licensed Realtor and Managing Member of NOSDRAH LLC, a real estate management and development company located in Westchester County and does business primarily in the Bronx.
Director, Marcio Kobayashi
Marcio Superbi Kobayashi has over twelve years of experience as a Banker with a specialization in Wealth Management and Lending at Citizens Financial group. At Citizens Bank, he is passionate about banking and takes great pride in handling every client’s interaction in a professional manner with the objective of building a long-lasting relationship with the client and delivering a great customer experience.
Director, Sandra Nam
Sandra Nam is the CEO and Co-Founder of Qiqo.org, a platform designed to power local community hubs and foster meaningful connections. Born in the Bronx and raised in Edgemont, she returned in 2019 to raise her family where she grew up and met her now-husband and Qiqo Co-Founder & CTO, Lucas Cioffi.
With a background in marketing, branding, and design, Sandra is also a licensed landscape architect who thrives at the intersection of innovation and community building. During the pandemic, she and Lucas scaled Qiqo into a virtual events platform serving over 200,000 users. Their success in helping trade associations create online engagement led them to expand Qiqo into a tool for local marketplaces, giving neighborhoods and small businesses a digital space to connect, share trusted recommendations, and stay informed.
Town of Greenburgh Liaison, Krista Madsen
Krista Madsen is the assistant to the Supervisor of the Town of Greenburgh and serves as the local government liaison to the Chamber, helping them in their formation and growth. A Yale grad and author, she was the sole proprietor of Stain Arts Lounge in Brooklyn, NY (2004-2009) and served as the Managing Director for the Hudson Valley Writers Center before she moved into public service in 2021. She is currently the digital editor for The Westchester Review literary journal and writes the weekly "Edge|wise" newsletter.
